Return Process

  Log into your Maxfield account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home collection.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned pieces, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
